Shipping Policy - Indoor Padel New Zealand

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We currently only ship within New Zealand.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@indoorpadel.co.nz with your name and order number and we’ll look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. If approved, we’ll refund the full order amount minus shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us at hello@indoorpadel.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the issue as soon as possible. We’ll assess it on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a fair solution.
