Refund Policy - Indoor Padel New Zealand
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@indoorpadel.co.nz. All return communication must be sent to this address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g. food or drinks)
Custom or personalised items
Personal care items (e.g. hygiene or grooming products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items
Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, feel free to get in touch with us before placing your order.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to initiate a return via hello@indoorpadel.co.nz, and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Change of Mind
All sales are final unless the item breaches a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Indoor Padel NZ is not required to offer a refund or exchange if:
You change your mind
Your circumstances change
You find the item cheaper elsewhere
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received the funds, please contact us at hello@indoorpadel.co.nz.
Note: All approved refunds will incur a 5% administration fee to cover payment provider charges and processing time.
